Most problems are one of these four. If yours is not, email and a person will answer.
Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone and switch Intone on. Then sing or hum a steady note close to the phone. In a very loud room the reading can wander; a quieter spot helps more than singing louder.
On the Pro screen tap Restore purchases and sign in with the Apple Account that paid. Restoring is free and does not charge again.
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Intone Pro and tap Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
It lives only on your iPhone. Deleting and reinstalling Intone, or moving to a new phone without restoring a backup, removes it. Nothing is stored on our side, so we cannot bring it back.
